目的：探讨泌尿系真菌感染的防治。方法回顾分析2009年6月～2014年7月我科24例泌尿系真菌感染的临床特点。结果发生真菌感染前均使用过抗生素；也常见于多种基础疾病，尤其糖尿病患者。结论年龄大，住院时间长及长期应用抗菌素者，易发生泌尿系真菌感染，应引起重视，及时防治，降低病死率。
목적：탐토비뇨계진균감염적방치。방법회고분석2009년6월～2014년7월아과24례비뇨계진균감염적림상특점。결과발생진균감염전균사용과항생소；야상견우다충기출질병，우기당뇨병환자。결론년령대，주원시간장급장기응용항균소자，역발생비뇨계진균감염，응인기중시，급시방치，강저병사솔。
Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of fungal infection inurinary system. Methods retrospective analysis of 2009 June to 2014 July in our department of clinical characteristics of 24 cases of urinary tract fungal infection.Results the occurrence of fungal infection before the use of antibiotics; also common in many basic diseases, especially in patients with diabetes mellitus.Conclusion the age, duration of hospitalization and prolonged use of antibiotics,prone to urinary tract fungal infection, should pay attention to, timely prevention,reduce the mortality rate.
