目的：探讨对颈椎骨折并颈髓损伤的前路手术患者实行预见性护理的临床价值。方法将2010年11月～2013年11月住院的颈椎骨折并颈髓损伤患者100例，随机分为2组，常规护理组40例，预见性护理组60例。常规护理组采用骨科常规护理，预见性护理组在常规护理的基础上联合采用预见性护理措施，统计2组患者护理质量评分、术后并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果预见性护理组护理质量评分、护理满意度明显高于常规护理组，而并发症的发生率明显低于常规护理组结论对颈椎骨折并颈髓损伤的前路手术患者实行预见性护理，可有效提高护理质量及护理满意度，减少了并发症的发生，值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the cervical vertebra fracture and cervical spinal injury anterior surgery patients in the clinical value of predictive nursing.Methods In November 2010-November2013 cervical spine fracture in hospital and 100 patients with cervical spinal injury,were randomly divided into two groups,conventional nursing group of 40 cases,predictive nursing group of 60 cases.Routine nursing group with orthopaedic routine nursing,predictive nursing group on the basis of conventional nursing combined with predictive nursing,nursing quality score statistics 2 groups of patients,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction.Results Nursing quality score,nursing satisfaction predictive nursing group was obviously higher than that of conventional care group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in group routine nursing Conclusion Of cervical spine fracture and cervical spinal injuries of anterior surgery patients in predictive nursing,which can effectively improve the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction, reduce the complications and is worth popularizing in clinical.
