阐明影响护理人员服务品质的主要因素是护士的人文素质，提出人文素质的服务理念及精髓。针对提高护士的人文素质，提出首先要建立和谐的人文环境；其次是培训护理知识与人文技能；再次，培养护理人员的关爱精神；最后，建立护理人员的心理支持系统。

The article elaborated the main influencing factor of nursing service was humanistic quality , put forward the service concept and essence of humanistic quality .Some measures improving nurse humanistic quality were proposed, including building up a harmonious humanistic environment , training the nursing knowledge and humanistic skills, cultivating the spirit of nursing care, establishing nurses psychological support system .
