目的:通过调查北京市8所三级甲等综合性医院口腔科门诊医师能接受的最大工作强度和患者能接受的最长候诊时间,运用排队论模型对医院口腔科门诊医师的配置进行量化分析。方法运用问卷调查法、工时测量法和排队论模型,计算口腔科门诊排队系统中的各项运行指标,结合口腔科门诊医师能接受的最大工作强度和患者能接受的最长候诊时间等调查结果,得出合理的医师配置数量。结果医院口腔科门诊医师能接受的最大工作强度为0.88±0.11,患者能接受的最长候诊时间为(27.67±11.16)min,并确定8所医院口腔科门诊医师的合理配置数量。结论利用排队论模型可以较好地优化口腔科门诊人力资源配置,为提高服务效率提供科学的参考依据。

Objective Through investigation on acceptable maximum working intensity of stomatology out -patient doctors and acceptable longest waiting time of patients in 8 tertiary level grade -A comprehensive hospitals in Beijing, using queuing theory model to conduct quantitative analysis on the allocation of stomatology outpatient doctors.Methods Questionnaires, work measurement approach and queuing theory model are used to calculate a variety of operation indicators in the department of stomatology outpatient queuing system .Combining with the find-ings of acceptable maximum working intensity of stomatology outpatient doctors and acceptable longest waiting time of patients, working out a reasonable number of doctors .Results Acceptable maximum working intensity of sto -matology outpatient doctors’is 0.88 ±0.11, and the longest acceptable waiting time of patients is 27.67 ±11.16 minutes.Defining the reasonable stomatology Outpatient doctors configuration of 8 hospitals.Conclusion Queuing theory model enabled to preferably optimize human resource allocation in the stomatology outpatient , which contrib-uted to the improvement of medical service efficiency on a scientific reference .
