为了提高临床用药管理质量，保证用药安全有效。本科室引入“5s 管理”理念，加强用药环节控制，抓好药品知识培训，调动护士创新能力，重视医护沟通，创建和谐工作环境，积极上报药品不良等方面积极采取相关措施，对护士临床用药实施规范化管理，取得较好的效果，保证医疗护理工作安全、有效进行。

In order to improve the quality of clinical drug management and ensure safe and effective medi -cation, our department take measures actively to introduced “5s management” concepts.We achieved good effects on the nurse clinical drug using by the follows measures : strengthening the control of drug using link , improving pharmaceutical knowledge and training , mobilizing nurses innovation , paying attention to the communication of doc -tors and nurses, creating a harmonious working environment , actively reporting adverse drug reaction , standardizing management of nurse clinical drug using , which ensured safe and effective healthcare activities .
