目的：运用循证法介绍国外继续医学教育的特点，分析军队医院继续医学教育现状，为军队继续医学教育的管理提供实证。方法在 CNKI、万方数字化期刊、PUBMED、MEDLINE 等相关数据库，索引检索“国外继续医学教育”“军队”“问题”“现状”等关键词获得文献资料。结果国外继续医学教育具有管理机构健全、多学科教育、培训手段多样、培养目标明确、评价体系日趋完善等特点，军队继续医学教育起步晚，存在诸多问题。结论继续医学教育是医院可持续发展的重要组成部分，国外继续医学教育起源早、理论成熟，军队医院可借鉴其发展经验，突破自身发展瓶颈，促进继续医学教育健康发展。
목적：운용순증법개소국외계속의학교육적특점，분석군대의원계속의학교육현상，위군대계속의학교육적관리제공실증。방법재 CNKI、만방수자화기간、PUBMED、MEDLINE 등상관수거고，색인검색“국외계속의학교육”“군대”“문제”“현상”등관건사획득문헌자료。결과국외계속의학교육구유관리궤구건전、다학과교육、배훈수단다양、배양목표명학、평개체계일추완선등특점，군대계속의학교육기보만，존재제다문제。결론계속의학교육시의원가지속발전적중요조성부분，국외계속의학교육기원조、이론성숙，군대의원가차감기발전경험，돌파자신발전병경，촉진계속의학교육건강발전。
Purpose The evidence -based method was used to introduce the characteristics of foreign con -tinuing medical education(CME), to analyze the common problems and provide advices for CME in military hospi -tals.Meth ods CME, military, problems and other key words were treated as search terms to obtain literatures in CNKI, Wan -Fang digital database, PUBMED, MEDLINE, etc.Results Features of foreign CME were as fol-lows: sound management, inter -disciplinary education, varied training methods, targeted training, maturing eval-uation system, etc.Our military CME started late and exited many problems .Conclusion CME plays an important role on the sustainable development of hospitals .Foreign CME has a long history and experienced .Military hospi-tals can learn from it, so as to break the bottleneck and promote the healthy development of CME .
