在一个班集体中有思想品德比较好的，也有相对比较落后的学生，即品德待优生，品德待优生是指那些在思想品德方面暂时落后，思想行为较差，学习成绩不好，在班级中经常违反道德原则，或者犯有严重过错的学生。他们常常表现为不遵守纪律，不能完成学习任务，甚至带动整个班级思想行为偏激，影响良好的班风、学风形成，影响学校的美誉度，造成学校生源流失等一系列不良后果。对他们进行转化是班主任老师的一个重要工作内容。对品德待优生的成因进行了分析，提出了行之有效的转化策略，并取得了一定的效果。现归纳整理成文，和同行们探讨。

In a class have moral good,also relatively backward students,namely moral character to be gifted students,moral character to be eugenic refers to those in the ideological and moral aspects of temporary backward,poor thinking and behavior,often violate moral principles in class,or who commits a serious fault of the students. They often appear to bedon't abide by the rules,can not complete the task of learning,affect the school’s reputation caused by the loss of students,schools and a series of adverse consequences. This paper analyzes the causes of moral toeugenics,puts forward the effective transformation strategy,and obtained the certain effect. We summed up the statute,discussion and colleagues.
