从2014年3月世界卫生组织通报几内亚发生埃博拉出血热疫情以来，利比里亚、塞拉利昂和尼日利亚4个西非国家相继报告该病疫情，截止2014年8月15日4个国家因该病造成的累计病例数为2127例，死亡1145例。该病目前在疫区传播迅速，仅12日和13日两天就新增确诊、疑似和可能感染病例152例，新增死亡病例76例。埃博拉出血热疫情已经引起全球关注，目前我国还未发现埃博拉出血热病例，但随着国际交往日益增多，不排除该病通过引进动物或通过隐性感染者及病人输入的可能性，系统全面了解该病是科学应对此次疫情的基础。

Since March 2014 the World Health Organization had reported the Ebola Hemorrhagic in Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Nigeria have reported the disease epidemic in succession. By the end of August 15, 2014, 2 127 Cumulative cases (laboratory-confirmed, probable, and suspect cases) of EVD and 1145 deaths were reported in those four countries. Only between the 12th and the 13th August 2014, a total of 152 new cases of Ebola virus disease (laboratory-confirmed, probable, and suspect cases) as well as 76 deaths were reported. The outbreak of Ebola fever has attracted glob-al attention, our country has not found Ebola hemorrhagic fever cases by now, but with the increas-ing of international association, the possibility threat from inward animals and Latent infection and infected patient is still there. Systematic and comprehensive understanding of the disease is a scientific basis for dealing with the epidemic.
