采用非平衡磁控溅射技术在渗碳淬火钢GCr15表面制备类石墨碳膜,分别在无润滑和四种润滑油下,用POD销一盘磨损仪研究了类石墨碳膜摩擦学特性。研究表明,试验选用的油膜复合润滑条件下26#润滑油摩擦特性较好,与无润滑相比摩擦系数降低最低到0.098,使用寿命也得到改善。

Graphite-like carbon coatings were prepared on carburized GCr 15 substrates by unbal‐anced magnet sputtering technique .The tribological properties of the films were investigated by Pin -o -disc load test in none -oil lubrication and four kinds oil lubrication .respectively .The research show s that :in condition of composite lubrication oil that choosed in experiment ,the friction proper‐ties of 26# lubricating oil is better .CoM Pared to none -oil lubrication ,its frictional coefficient re‐duced to 0 .098 ,and its Wear performance get improved .
