高校内部进行学科结构调整、组建成立新的学院,必然面临着文化传统差异所带来的阻力和冲突。整合原有文化的核心理念和价值观,建设新的学院文化,并寻求与原有文化之间的平衡,这是新组建学院实现实质性融合的关键环节。文化整合与创新实质上是原有学院文化之间博弈的过程,可归结为协同式整合、注入式整合以及全新式建设等模式。新组建学院可根据文化整合的不同基础、不同阶段、不同目标而采用适合自身实际的模式。实现文化整合与创新,需要做好学院文化建设的整体规划,明确师生的文化创新主体地位,打造学科特色鲜明的文化品牌,建立动态控制的文化评估机制。

A newly merged college results from the discipline structure modification in the universities .It is evitably faced with resistance and conflicts brought by different culture traditions .So we need to integrate core ideas and values of original culture and establish new college culture , which seeks for a balance with original culture .Actually , cultural integration and innovation is a gambling process between different cultures , and it can be concluded as synergic model , injection model , and all new construction model .A newly merged college should choose a suitable pattern based on different bases , stages and targets of culture integration and innovation .The paper proposes paths as following:making overall planning of culture construction , confirming the dominant innovation roles of teachers and students , building culture brands with distinct discipline characteristics , and establishing cultural assessment mechanism.
