The paper takes an underground water diversion tunnel construction an example to analyze and discuss the ad-vantages and disadvantages and economic benefit of track transport and trackless transport;through the comparison to track transport of shaft hoist of 10′#tunnel in a quarter,it optimizes 11 #tunnel construction schemes for trackless transport to improve the construction efficiency,shorten the construction time of the project,and improve the economic benefits.
