在不同水胶比下,对比了膨胀剂和几种防水剂对隧道二次衬砌混凝土工作性能、强度和抗水渗透性能的影响,研究结果表明:膨胀剂和防水剂的掺入会使混凝土的坍落度和强度略微有所降低;水胶比参数对混凝土抗渗性能的影响程度远远大于膨胀剂和防水剂,在较低水胶比下,各个防水剂对混凝土抗渗性的影响不大,混凝土水压力抗渗性普遍较高。因此,针对隧道二次衬砌混凝土低强度、大流动性、高抗渗性的特点,提出了可以不掺用防水剂,而通过掺加高性能减水剂降低水胶比,掺加大矿物掺合料改善流动性和平衡强度的配合比设计思路。
在不同水膠比下,對比瞭膨脹劑和幾種防水劑對隧道二次襯砌混凝土工作性能、彊度和抗水滲透性能的影響,研究結果錶明:膨脹劑和防水劑的摻入會使混凝土的坍落度和彊度略微有所降低;水膠比參數對混凝土抗滲性能的影響程度遠遠大于膨脹劑和防水劑,在較低水膠比下,各箇防水劑對混凝土抗滲性的影響不大,混凝土水壓力抗滲性普遍較高。因此,針對隧道二次襯砌混凝土低彊度、大流動性、高抗滲性的特點,提齣瞭可以不摻用防水劑,而通過摻加高性能減水劑降低水膠比,摻加大礦物摻閤料改善流動性和平衡彊度的配閤比設計思路。

Experiment has been carried out to study the effects of expansive agent and several kinds of waterproof agents on workability,compressive strength and impermeability of tunnel secondary lining concrete at the different water binder ratios. The results show that the expansive agent and waterproof agents cause the slump and compressive strength of concrete to de-crease slightly;effect of water binder ratio on the impermeability of concrete is far greater than the expansive agent and wa-terproof agents.With a lower water binder ratio,the several kinds of waterproof agents hardly affect the impermeability of the concrete;impermeability of the concrete is generally higher.Therefore,in light of the low compressive strength,high fluidi-ty,high impermeability of the secondary lining concrete,proportion design to improve fluidity and balance the compressive strength by increasing mineral admixture and to reduce the water binder ratio with high performance water are proposed.
