列宁《青年团的任务》和习近平2013年五四重要讲话精神具有宏观视域下的内在相似性和契合性。一是文献产生的时代背景及其要求，即都要求青年认清时代和历史赋予的光荣使命，矢志不渝建设伟大国家；二是文献的哲学方法论三维视域融合，即关于青年教育思想的唯物辩证法视域融合、关于青年教育思想的实践观视域融合、关于青年教育思想的理想信念导向视域融合。通过对比分析，深刻领会习总书记讲话精神的历史内涵，启迪广大青年在实现伟大中国梦的生动实践中放飞青春梦想，实现青春梦想。
