济宁三号煤矿选煤厂因入洗原煤煤质变化，原有块煤分选工艺不完善，分选精度低，设备老化等问题，不能满足块煤分选需要。针对济三选煤厂的煤质资料，分析了技术改造的方案和系统的设计工艺，将原有落后的动筛排矸系统改为重介质浅槽分选系统。经过技术改造后，提高了对煤质变化的分选适应性，减少了设备维护量，提高了系统的自动化水平。
濟寧三號煤礦選煤廠因入洗原煤煤質變化，原有塊煤分選工藝不完善，分選精度低，設備老化等問題，不能滿足塊煤分選需要。針對濟三選煤廠的煤質資料，分析瞭技術改造的方案和繫統的設計工藝，將原有落後的動篩排矸繫統改為重介質淺槽分選繫統。經過技術改造後，提高瞭對煤質變化的分選適應性，減少瞭設備維護量，提高瞭繫統的自動化水平。

After the technical transformation, the adaptability to the coal quality variation of separation is Improved. The maintenance of the equipment is reduced.And the level of automation system is Improved.
