在中国经济高速增长过程中，国际收支出现长期持续“双顺差”现象。理论上劳动报酬占比与国际收支间存在内在联系。基于对外贸易流量和资本流动两个层面，本文建立劳动报酬占比影响国际收支的计量模型，实证研究也表明：劳动者报酬下降是导致长期持续“双顺差”的重要原因，提升劳动者报酬是经济结构优化的重要途径，由此，宏观经济政策应顺势而为，推进外贸发展方式转变。

China’s economy has been developing rapidly, but at the same time it also faces many problems. One of them is that long-term and constant “Double Surplus” phenomenon appeared in the international balance payments. A reduction in the wage share has a certain effect on the double surplus in china ’s international payments. This article focuses on foreign trade flows and capital inflows, establishing role model showing the mechanism how the wage share affect international payments. The results show that: the wage share is an important cause of long-term “Double Surplus”, its improvement is an important way for the optimization of economic structure. Finally, we put forward related policy recommendations.
