基于计算流体力学软件STAR-CCM+对喷淋塔内烟气流场进行了数值模拟。计算分析了净烟气出口位置、除雾器布置方式、加高塔体这三方面因素对塔内流场分布的影响,通过对流场及压降的模拟计算,得到优化净烟气出口布置、将除雾器由等高圆柱型改为台阶型、增大烟气入口与除雾器之间的距离,可使喷淋塔流场流动有所改善,烟气流场分布更加均匀。

The flue gas flow field in the spray tower is simulated based on the computational fluid dynamics software of STAR-CCM+. Calculation has analyzed the influences on distribution of flow field in the tower by three factors, including the clean flue gas outlet position, the mist eliminator arrangement and the tower heightening. Through the numerical simulation of flow field, the following conclusions are reached, changing the outlet position of flue gas to the top and heightening the tower body are beneficial to uniform the flow field; changing the type of demister from equal altitude to the type of step is meaningless.
