A three species predator-prey reaction-diffusion system under homogeneous Neumann conditions was considered , in which it was supposed that two predators consume the common prey .Firstly, the global asymptotic sta-bility of positive constant was given and an estimation of positive steady state was investiagted by the Maximum Princi -ple.Secondly, the existence of non-constant positive steady state was discussed by the degree theory .
