目的：探讨茵栀黄注射液所致不良反应的一般规律及特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法计算机检索相关文献数据库中62例描述茵栀黄注射液不良反应的报道，并对其进行分类、统计与分析。结果茵栀黄注射液的不良反应与性别、年龄比例无明显差异，主要为变态反应，严重者可发生过敏性休克。其中全身性损害49例次，占41．18％；呼吸系统损害22例次，占18．49％；皮肤及其附件损害29例次，占24．37％；心脏及外周血管损害3例次，占2．52％；中枢及外周神经系统损害9例次，占7．56％；胃肠系统损害5例次，占4．20％；肝胆系统损害2例次，占1．68％。结论临床应重视茵栀黄注射液的不良反应，加强茵栀黄注射液不良反应的监测，坚持合理用药，确保用药安全有效。

Objectives To explore the general rule and the characteristics of adverse drug reaction ( ADR) induced by Yinzhi-huang injection and to provide some references for clinical medicine and rational use of drug .Methods ADR reports induced by Yinzhihuang injection were collected from electronical database and statistically analyzed .Results In 62 cases of the literature , the proportions of age and gender were no significant differences .The main ADR of Yinzhihuang injection were allergic reactions .The serious adverse reaction is allergy shock .In 62 cases, systemic damage 49 cases, account for 41.18%;respiratory system damage 22 cases, account for 18.49%;dermoreaction 29 cases, account for 24.37%;cardiac and peripheral vascular damage 3 cases, ac-count for 2.52%;Central and peripheral nervous system damage 9 cases, account for 7.56%;digestive system damage 5 cases, ac-count for 4.20%;hepatic system damage 2 cases, account for 1.68%.Conclusions We should pay attention to ADR of Yinzhi-huang injection , take more monitoring in the application of Yinzhihuang injection to reduce the occurrence of serious ADR and im -prove the rational use of Yinzhihuang injection in order to ensure that the use of Yinzhihuang injection is safe and effective .
