为提高发电机组运行的安全性稳定性,减少由于非计划停机所带来的经济损失,电厂引入了设备故障预警及状态监测系统。该系统通过比较设备实测数据与历史正常数据预估值的偏差,对设备所在状态进行判断,对潜在故障做出提前预警。通过在台州发电厂的应用案例,介绍该系统对电厂运行人员和设备管理人员的实用性。

Aiming at improving the stability and safety of the power generating equipment,reducing the unnecessary economic loss due to the unplanned downtime of the power plant which caused by generating equipments failure. Failure prognostic and condition monitoring system for equipment was introduced to power plant. By comparing the differences between real-time data and the expected value based on historical normal data of the equipment,the possible state of the equipment was estimated,and the signs of equipment failure could be detected before the failure happened. The application of the system on Taizhou Power Plant showed its usefulness for operational staff and equipment managers.
