针对非对称液压缸的所具有的非线性和难以建立精确的模型等特点和性能要求,本文在传统PID控制的基础上,基于模糊控制理论,提出了模糊自适应PID控制算法。该控制器具有较完善的控制性能。同时在MATLAB 环境下对非对称液压缸进行了动态仿真,仿真实验的结果表明,模糊自适应PID控制器具有较高的稳定精度,较强的鲁棒性,以及很好的快速响应特性,该仿真结果也表明该算法对非对称液压缸的控制是有根据的,也提供了一定的理论和实验依据。

Aim at the characteristics such as nonlinear and inaccurate model, as well as the performance requirements of the valve controlled asymmetrical cylinder, the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm was proposed in this paper, which was based on the traditional PID control and fuzzy control theory. The controller has better control performance. The dynamic simulation result under MATLAB showed that the performance of this fuzzy adaptive PID controller has a higher stable precision, better robustness and faster response. It also suggested that this algorithm was valid for the valve controlled asymmetrical cylinder and provided theoretical and experimental basis.
