由于地理原因广西茶园大多建立在山坡地块上,现阶段的茶叶采摘仍然依靠效率低、强度大的人力,而机械化采茶效率是传统手工采茶的10倍~15倍,可从根本上解决现阶段采茶劳动力短缺的问题,是逐步实现茶叶生产由传统的劳动密集型行业向现代技术密集型行业转型的关键。试验结果表明,实施机采的山坡茶园应选择和培养树冠形状一致的单人修剪机和单人采茶机,选用节间长度大、发芽整齐的茶树品种有利于机采工作,如福鼎大毫、福云六号,而要保证机采茶园的产量与质量,实现可持续生产,就要保证在机采前后都要有充足的肥料供给,机采后的鲜叶不宜直接用来加工,应对其进行分级处理,一般采用风选机、滚筛机、圆筛机组合进行分级才能将破碎叶、杂物有效去除从而达到相应的鲜叶加工要求。广西山坡茶园要实现机械化采摘虽然任务十分艰巨,但发展前景非常广阔。

Although Guangxi mountain tea garden to realize mechanization picking task is very difficult, but the development prospects are very broad.
