用王水浸取样品中的砷、汞,用预还原剂(硫脲+抗坏血酸)还原,在用原子荧光测定溶液中砷汞元素含量,本法通过选择王水,并在水浴条件下分解样品,极大的提高了样品分解速度,缩短样品检测周期,利用原子荧光分光光度计测定,避免了冷原子吸收的不稳定性,与其他方法比较,本法操作简单,检测周期短,检测结果更加准确可靠。
