目的：以现代信息技术为支撑，进一步健全廉政风险防控机制，把预防腐败和提高行政效能建设水平结合起来，构建具有广西发改委系统特色的“勤廉发改”信息平台。方法：依托广西发改委制定的廉政风险防控“两表一图”，以部门和岗位效能和风险点为为核心，构建风险预警监测数据模型，对全委各部门和岗位的效能和风险进行动态和静态相结合实时监控和预警处置。结果：系统具有“五库”（效能库、权力库、制度库、公开库、风险库）、廉政教育、监督管理、统计查询等功能模块。结论：系统将“勤”和“廉”结合在一起进行全过程监察监管，创新了党风廉政风险防控新举措。

Objective: to modern information technology support, to further improve the Independent risk control mechanisms to prevent corruption and to improve administrative efficiency levels combine with Guangxi development and reform commission to build the system characteristics"diligence development and reform"information platform.Methods:relying Independent risk control, Guangxi development and reform commission to develop"a map two tables,"to departments and job effectiveness and risk point of the core, the risk of early-warning monitoring data to build the model, the full committee on the effectiveness and risks of various departments and positions dynamically combining static and real-time monitoring and early warning for disposal. Result: system has "five Library"(effectiveness library authority libraries, system libraries, public libraries, the risk library), anti-corruption education, supervision and management, statistical inquiry function modules.Conclusion: the system will " diligent " and "honest" to monitor the whole process together regulators, innovation of clean government risk prevention and control of new initiatives.
