盐城新能源汽车产业经过几年发展，已经取得一定的成绩，形成一定的规模，但是新能源汽车产业作为战略性新兴产业，在发展中不可避免的存在一定问题，文章首先回顾了盐城新能源汽车产业发展的概况，然后分析了盐城新能源汽车产业发展中存在的问题，如企业自主研发实力不够、创新能力不强、核心技术缺乏、生产成本高和国内扶持政策不完善等等，最后总结了盐城新能源汽车产业的推广使用对策和扶持措施。
