Food safety is a big thing and training talent of the specialty is all the more important. On the basis of food quality and safety specialty talent training goals,connotation of the specialty was determined. Model design method is used to construct the food quality and safety specialty curriculum system. Finally,suggestions on how to improve the quality of talent training are put forward.
