利用榨取沙棘果汁后的新鲜果渣分离制取纯净沙棘果皮,与膨化燕麦麸以一定比例配伍、二次膨化加工复合膳食纤维冲调粉,分析沙棘果皮及燕麦膳食纤维中的常规营养素成分,对复合膳食纤维冲调粉的微生物和重金属指标进行检测,并对其冲调性能及感官指标进行初步研究。结果证明,含有丰富抗氧化营养成分的沙棘果皮与燕麦膳食纤维复合,既改善单一燕麦纤维的口感,又可望实现功能叠加,从而成为优良的中老年功能食品辅料。

이용자취사극과즙후적신선과사분리제취순정사극과피,여팽화연맥부이일정비례배오、이차팽화가공복합선식섬유충조분,분석사극과피급연맥선식섬유중적상규영양소성분,대복합선식섬유충조분적미생물화중금속지표진행검측,병대기충조성능급감관지표진행초보연구。결과증명,함유봉부항양화영양성분적사극과피여연맥선식섬유복합,기개선단일연맥섬유적구감,우가망실현공능첩가,종이성위우량적중노년공능식품보료。
The pure sea buckthorn fruit peel is separated and prepared by using fresh pomace extract sea buckthorn juice,and oat bran is puffed in certain proportion by two extrusions to product compound dietary fiber instant powder. The prime nutritional component in sea buckthorn fruit peel and oat dietary fiber is analyzed,the microorganism and heavy metal index of instant powder of compound dietary fiber are detected,and the properties and the sensory index are preliminary studied. The results prove that sea buckthorn fruit peel and oat dietary fiber composite containing the rich antioxidant nutrients,both to improve the single oat fiber,taste,and is expected to achieve functional superposition thus become elderly functional food materials with excellent.
