Based on the implementation of HPMS (Hydropower Production Management Information System)in SG Xin Yuan (State Grid Xin Yuan Company Ltd.),this paper elaborates the standards for group-level hydropower enterprise techniques supervise,defines the functions and workflows process,and establishes the standard requirements,which has effectively regu-late the techniques supervise by the application promotion in SG Xin Yuan as well as serves as a good example to similar man-agement systems.
