“十二五”期间，我国可再生能源将进入更大规模发展的新阶段。随着常规水电及抽水蓄能装机规模的快速增加，水电企业的集团化程度越来越高，这使得水电生产管理信息系统不仅要满足电厂侧的水电生产管理专业需要，同时也要满足集团侧运营管理的要求，实现水电生产管理模式标准化、规范化以及对新电厂的快速覆盖，从而支撑水电企业精益化管理以及集约化高速发展。本文对集团级水电企业生产管理信息系统的设计进行了详细阐述，并结合国网新源控股有限公司水电生产管理信息系统的实际，分析介绍了具体实现，为多组织、集团级水电企业的水电生产管理信息系统的建设和改造提供了有益的参考。

During the 12th Five-Year Plan period,the renewable energy industry is developing on a larger scale in Chi-na.Attribute to the development of normal hydropower and pumped storage power plants,the degree of collectivization of hy-dropower enterprise is increased,which not only motivates the advanced management and operations of the new information management systems at the sides of both hydropower group and hydropower plant to regulate and standardize the production management mode as well as the quick transplant for new plants,but also supports lean production and rapid intensifica-tion.Associated the conditions of SG Xin Yuan (State Grid Xin Yuan Company Ltd.),this paper elaborates the architectures and implementations of group level HPMS (Hydropower Production Management Informatim System),which is quite useful to the establishment and upgrading for multi-organization and group-level HPMS.
