通过对河南省三所城市中学的教师与学生进行问卷调查,采用多层线性回归统计方法进行统计分析,结果发现:校园文化人文关爱和创新活泼两个维度在班级水平上显著正向影响学生个体教师支持感对其学校归属感的影响;而规范有序维度则显著负向影响学生个体教师支持感对其学校归属感的预测作用。

Through surveying with staff and students of middle school from 9 cities in Henan province, such statistical methods as EFA and HLM were applied for the data analysis. The conclusions were that the effect of teachers’ support perceived by students to their school belonging was positively impacted by “humanism care” and “innovation” of staff ’ s campus culture significantly in the class level. Whereas, the “norms”of staff’ s campus culture had a negative effect on the influence of the teachers’ support perceived by students to their school belonging.
