水利院校特色廉政文化品牌建设需要遵循高校教育规律与大学生成长规律，结合水利行业实践和区域特点，把廉洁文化教育有计划地纳入到水文化建设中，不断探索立足行业的水利院校廉洁文化教育之核心理念，形成具有浓郁区域特色的水利院校廉洁文化教育项目。为了达至水文化与廉洁文化的融合与共生，水利院校应该充分利用区域水文化资源丰富学校廉洁文化教育内涵，并把其作为学校思想政治教育和校园文化建设的重要理念。

In order to build brand of the honest government culture in the university of water conservancy, they should set up a strong regional characteristics of the water conservancy institutions probity culture education project, and continually explore the core educational idea based on the water industry, which needs to follow the law of higher education and growth of college students, to be combined with the water conservancy industry practice and regional characteristics, the culture of integrity education in a planned way into water culture construction. In order to achieve the integration and coexistence of water culture and the culture of integrity, the uni-versity of water conservancy should make full use of regional water resources rich culture school incorruption connotation of culture and education, and regard it as an important concept of ideological and political education and campus culture construction.
