目的：对本院实验室采用的两种定量D-二聚体测定方法进行比较分析。方法随机抽取100例患者标本,分别采用干式免疫散射色谱法和免疫比浊法对其D-二聚体含量时行测定,即每天抽取20例,连续测定5 d,然后对两种方法的测定结果进行比较分析。结果两种检测方法测定的结果经比较分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种检测方法相关性良好,但两种方法各有优缺,应根据实验室实际情况选择合适的方法。

Objective To compare the two quantitative D-dimer detection methods in laboratory of our hospital. Methods Random selection was made on 100 patient samples, and dry scattering immune chromatography and immunoturbidimetry were applied for detection of D-dimer, by process of 20 samples per day for 5 d. The results of the two methods were compared and analyzed. Results There was no statistically significant difference of detection results between the two methods (P>0.05). Conclusion Two methods have good correlation, while they have their own advantages and disadvantages. Suitable method should be determined by practical condition of laboratory.
