目的：观察阵发性心房颤动患者血浆硫化氢(H2S)水平变化,研究其与阵发性心房颤动的相关性。方法50例阵发性心房颤动患者作为病例组,50例健康受试者作为对照组,采用去蛋白法测定血清H2S水平。结果病例组血浆H2S水平(28.63±12.74)μmol/L显著低于对照组(49.21±10.95)μmol/L (P<0.01)。结论阵发性心房颤动的发生可能与患者血浆H2S水平的降低有关。
目的：觀察陣髮性心房顫動患者血漿硫化氫(H2S)水平變化,研究其與陣髮性心房顫動的相關性。方法50例陣髮性心房顫動患者作為病例組,50例健康受試者作為對照組,採用去蛋白法測定血清H2S水平。結果病例組血漿H2S水平(28.63±12.74)μmol/L顯著低于對照組(49.21±10.95)μmol/L (P<0.01)。結論陣髮性心房顫動的髮生可能與患者血漿H2S水平的降低有關。
목적：관찰진발성심방전동환자혈장류화경(H2S)수평변화,연구기여진발성심방전동적상관성。방법50례진발성심방전동환자작위병례조,50례건강수시자작위대조조,채용거단백법측정혈청H2S수평。결과병례조혈장H2S수평(28.63±12.74)μmol/L현저저우대조조(49.21±10.95)μmol/L (P<0.01)。결론진발성심방전동적발생가능여환자혈장H2S수평적강저유관。
Objective To observe the changed plasma level of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, and to study its correlation with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods There were 50 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation as clinical case group, and another 50 healthy people as control group. Deproteinization method was applied for detection of plasma H2S level. Results The plasma H2S level in the clinical case group was (28.63±12.74)μmol/L, which was obviously lower than (49.21±10.95)μmol/L of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The decline of plasma H2S level may be correlated with the occurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
