目的:研究地榆升白片防治结直肠癌FOLFOX(奥沙利铂+亚叶酸钙+5-氟尿嘧啶)方案化疗后免疫功能下降的作用。方法72例结直肠癌患者随机分为对照组和实验组,各36例,两组患者均接受FOLFOX方案化疗。化疗开始后,实验组患者口服地榆升白片;对照组患者不预防用药。观察两组患者外周血中性粒细胞、CD3+T细胞和CD4+T细胞的变化。结果两组患者的外周血中性粒细胞、CD3+T细胞和CD4+T细胞化疗过程中均下降,其中对照组患者下降较实验组明显(P<0.05)。结论地榆升白片有防治FOLFOX化疗后中性粒细胞、CD3+T细胞和CD4+T细胞下降的作用,保护了患者的免疫功能。

목적:연구지유승백편방치결직장암FOLFOX(오사리박+아협산개+5-불뇨밀정)방안화료후면역공능하강적작용。방법72례결직장암환자수궤분위대조조화실험조,각36례,량조환자균접수FOLFOX방안화료。화료개시후,실험조환자구복지유승백편;대조조환자불예방용약。관찰량조환자외주혈중성립세포、CD3+T세포화CD4+T세포적변화。결과량조환자적외주혈중성립세포、CD3+T세포화CD4+T세포화료과정중균하강,기중대조조환자하강교실험조명현(P<0.05)。결론지유승백편유방치FOLFOX화료후중성립세포、CD3+T세포화CD4+T세포하강적작용,보호료환자적면역공능。
Objective To research the effect of Diyushengbai tablets in prevention of immune function decline after FOLFOX (oxaliplatin+calcium folinate+5-fluorouracil) chemotherapy for patients with colorectal carcinoma. Methods A total of 72 colorectal carcinoma patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 36 cases in each group, and both groups received FOLFOX chemotherapy. At the same time, the experimental group received oral administration of Diyushengbai tablets, while no prevention drug was given to the control group. Changes of neutrophil, CD3+T cell, and CD4+T cell in peripheral blood of the two groups were observed. Results During chemotherapy, neutrophil, CD3+T cell, and CD4+T cell in peripheral blood decreased in both groups, and those of the control group were more obvious than the experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusion Diyushengbai tablets can provide prevention effect for decline of neutrophil, CD3+T cell, and CD4+T cell after FOLFOX chemotherapy, and it can protect patients’immune function.
