目的：总结2型糖尿病并发症的影响因素,为预防并发症提供依据。方法以366例2型糖尿病患者为对象,回顾性分析高血压、肾病、周围血管疾病、周围神经疾病等并发症的影响因素。结果年龄≥60岁是高血压、肾病、周围神经病变、周围血管病变及其他并发症发生的高危因素(χ2=25.971、21.941、8.099、17.712、7.668, P<0.01)。血糖≥6.1 mmol/L者易发生高血压(χ2=5.446, P<0.05)。脂代谢异常者易引发周围血管病变(χ2=13.455, P<0.01)。高血压易引发肾病、周围神经病变、周围血管病变及其他并发症(χ2=36.928、33.945、30.583、19.912, P<0.01)。结论对高龄、高血压、血糖过高和血脂代谢异常者,要加强治疗和干预,预防2型糖尿病各并发症发生。

목적：총결2형당뇨병병발증적영향인소,위예방병발증제공의거。방법이366례2형당뇨병환자위대상,회고성분석고혈압、신병、주위혈관질병、주위신경질병등병발증적영향인소。결과년령≥60세시고혈압、신병、주위신경병변、주위혈관병변급기타병발증발생적고위인소(χ2=25.971、21.941、8.099、17.712、7.668, P<0.01)。혈당≥6.1 mmol/L자역발생고혈압(χ2=5.446, P<0.05)。지대사이상자역인발주위혈관병변(χ2=13.455, P<0.01)。고혈압역인발신병、주위신경병변、주위혈관병변급기타병발증(χ2=36.928、33.945、30.583、19.912, P<0.01)。결론대고령、고혈압、혈당과고화혈지대사이상자,요가강치료화간예,예방2형당뇨병각병발증발생。
Objective To summarize the influence factors of complication of type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to provide reference for prevention of complications. Methods There were 366 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus as the study subjects. A retrospective analysis was made on the influence factors of their complications, such as hypertension, nephropathy, peripheral vascular disease, and peripheral nervous disease. Results Patients’ age≥60 years old was a high risk factor for hypertension, nephropathy, peripheral vascular disease, peripheral nervous disease, and other complications (χ2=25.971, 21.941, 8.099, 17.712, 7.668, P<0.01). Hypertension occurred mainly in patients with blood glucose≥6.1 mmol/L (χ2=5.446, P<0.05). Peripheral vascular disease was easily caused by abnormal lipid metabolism (χ2=13.455, P<0.01). Hypertension could cause nephropathy, peripheral vascular disease, peripheral nervous disease, and other complications (χ2=36.928, 33.945, 30.583, 19.912, P<0.01). Conclusion Enhanced treatment and intervention should be given to patients with old age, hypertension, hyperglycemia, and abnormal lipid metabolism.
