目的：研究分析降低难免压疮患者压疮发生率中集束化护理的应用效果。方法60例难免压疮患者实施集束化护理,制定预防措施,贯彻落实护理措施,分析护理实施效果。结果60例患者实施集束化护理后,Ⅰ期压疮发生1例,发生率为1.7%,Ⅱ期压疮发生1例,发生率为1.7%。结论集束化护理应用于难免压疮患者中,规范压疮防范措施,可有效减少压疮发生,应用效果显著,值得临床推广作用。

목적：연구분석강저난면압창환자압창발생솔중집속화호리적응용효과。방법60례난면압창환자실시집속화호리,제정예방조시,관철락실호리조시,분석호리실시효과。결과60례환자실시집속화호리후,Ⅰ기압창발생1례,발생솔위1.7%,Ⅱ기압창발생1례,발생솔위1.7%。결론집속화호리응용우난면압창환자중,규범압창방범조시,가유효감소압창발생,응용효과현저,치득림상추엄작용。
Objective To research and analyze the application effect of bundling nursing in reducing incidence of pressure sores in patients with inevitable pressure sores. Methods A total of 60 patients with inevitable pressure sores received bundling nursing. Prevention measures were formulated, and nursing measures were utterly implemented. The nursing effects were analyzed. Results Among the 60 cases receiving bundling nursing, there was 1 case of stageⅠpressure sores with the incidence as 1.7%, and 1 case of stageⅡpressure sores with the incidence as 1.7%. Conclusion Application of bundling nursing for patients with inevitable pressure sores can standardize prevention measures and reduce the incidence of pressure sores, and its application effect is precise. This method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
