目的：对癌症晚期患者应用康莱特注射液,观察其对改善患者生存质量的作用。方法50例癌症晚期患者应用康莱特注射液200 ml,静脉滴注,1次/d,21 d为1个疗程,应用2个疗程后观察患者情况及Karnofsky评分。结果治疗后患者食欲比治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01)；体重与治疗前比较均有不同程度的增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；疼痛有不同程度的减轻,疼痛缓解率为56%, Karnofsky评分60分以上者由44%提高到64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论康莱特注射液可以从改善食欲、增加体重、缓解疼痛、提高Karnofsky评分几个方面提高晚期癌症患者的生存质量。
목적：대암증만기환자응용강래특주사액,관찰기대개선환자생존질량적작용。방법50례암증만기환자응용강래특주사액200 ml,정맥적주,1차/d,21 d위1개료정,응용2개료정후관찰환자정황급Karnofsky평분。결과치료후환자식욕비치료전유명현개선(P<0.01)；체중여치료전비교균유불동정도적증가,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)；동통유불동정도적감경,동통완해솔위56%, Karnofsky평분60분이상자유44%제고도64%,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론강래특주사액가이종개선식욕、증가체중、완해동통、제고Karnofsky평분궤개방면제고만기암증환자적생존질량。
Objective To observe the effect of Kanglaite injection in improving life quality of patients with advanced cancer. Methods A total of 50 patients with advanced cancer received 200 ml of Kanglaite injection through intravenous drip by 1 time/d for 21 d as 1 course. After 2 courses of treatment, patients’ condition and Karnofsky scores were observed. Results Patients’appetite was obviously improved after treatment, compared with that before treatment (P<0.01), and their weight was also improved by different range, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.01). Their pain was relieved by different degree, and the total relief rate was 56%, and patients with Karnofsky score higher than 60 points increased from 44%to 64%. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusion Kanglaite injection can improve the life quality of patients with advanced tumor in the respects as improving appetite, weight, karnofsky score, and relieving pain.
