目的：探究与分析糖尿病足经封闭负压引流联合自体刃厚皮治疗的临床效果。方法60例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象，采用封闭负压引流联合自体刃厚皮治疗，观察临床疗效。结果60例患者均治愈，创面肉芽组织生长情况较好，无感染等并发症的发生。结论采用封闭负压引流联合自体刃厚皮治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效显著，值得推广。

목적：탐구여분석당뇨병족경봉폐부압인류연합자체인후피치료적림상효과。방법60례당뇨병족환자작위연구대상，채용봉폐부압인류연합자체인후피치료，관찰림상료효。결과60례환자균치유，창면육아조직생장정황교호，무감염등병발증적발생。결론채용봉폐부압인류연합자체인후피치료당뇨병족적림상료효현저，치득추엄。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage combined with autogenous split-thickness skin in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic foot were taken as study subjects. They were treated by vacuum sealing drainage combined with autogenous split-thickness skin, and the clinical effect was observed. Results All the 60 cases were cured with good growth condition of granulation tissue in wound. No complications, such as infection, occurred. Conclusion Combination of vacuum sealing drainage and autogenous split-thickness skin has precise clinical effect in treating diabetic foot, and it is worthy of promotion.
