目的：探讨和研究体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)结合体位排石治疗经皮肾镜碎石术后残余结石的临床疗效。方法45例经皮肾镜碎石术后残余结石患者，均采用ESWL结合体位排石进行治疗，根据结石所在部位不同调整体位，治疗结束后统计疗效。结果本次45例患者首次ESWL治疗后结石全部粉碎，随访半年，无一例患者出现腰痛、血尿等症状，复诊结石排净率为97.8%。结论体外冲击波碎石结合体位排石能够有效提高残余结石排净率，针对残余结石部位不同进行体位调整是提高疗效的重要条件。
목적：탐토화연구체외충격파쇄석(ESWL)결합체위배석치료경피신경쇄석술후잔여결석적림상료효。방법45례경피신경쇄석술후잔여결석환자，균채용ESWL결합체위배석진행치료，근거결석소재부위불동조정체위，치료결속후통계료효。결과본차45례환자수차ESWL치료후결석전부분쇄，수방반년，무일례환자출현요통、혈뇨등증상，복진결석배정솔위97.8%。결론체외충격파쇄석결합체위배석능구유효제고잔여결석배정솔，침대잔여결석부위불동진행체위조정시제고료효적중요조건。
Objective To explore and study the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) combined with posture calculus discharging in the treatment of residual calculus after percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Methods A total of 45 patients with residual calculus after percutaneous nephrolithotomy received ESWL combined with posture calculus for treatment. Their posture was adjusted according to calculus positions. Curative effects were summarized after treatment. Results All the 45 cases had complete calculus smash after the first time of ESWL. The follow-up for half a year showed that there were no symptoms as osphyalgia and hematuresis. The complete calculus discharging rate was 97.8%in the reexamination. Conclusion The combination of ESWL and posture calculus discharging can effectively improve complete calculus discharging rate. Adjustment of posture according to calculus position is an important condition for improving curative effect.
