目的:观察皮下注射低分子肝素钠联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑血栓患者的疗效。方法120例急性脑血栓患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用皮下注射低分子肝素钠(7 d)联合奥扎格雷钠注射液(14 d);对照组采用奥扎格雷钠注射液单药(14 d),观察两组间的疗效差别及治疗前后神经功能缺损程度恢复情况。结果治疗组总有效率91.7%优于对照组76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者治疗后14 d神经功能缺损评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗期间两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论皮下注射低分子肝素钠联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑血栓效果较单用奥扎格雷钠注射液效果明显,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

목적:관찰피하주사저분자간소납연합오찰격뢰납치료급성뇌혈전환자적료효。방법120례급성뇌혈전환자수궤분위치료조화대조조,매조60례。치료조채용피하주사저분자간소납(7 d)연합오찰격뢰납주사액(14 d);대조조채용오찰격뢰납주사액단약(14 d),관찰량조간적료효차별급치료전후신경공능결손정도회복정황。결과치료조총유효솔91.7%우우대조조76.7%,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01);량조환자치료후14 d신경공능결손평분비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01),치료기간량조균미출현명현불량반응。결론피하주사저분자간소납연합오찰격뢰납치료급성뇌혈전효과교단용오찰격뢰납주사액효과명현,안전성호,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the curative effect of minor molecular heparinum natricum combined with ozagrel sodium through subcutaneous injection for acute cerebral thrombosis patients. Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group contained 60 cases. The treatment group received minor molecular heparinum natricum (7 d) combined with ozagrel sodium injection (14 d) through subcutaneous injection, and the control group received ozagrel sodium injection (14 d) alone. Results The treatment group had higher total effective rate as 91.7%than 76.7%of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.01). After the treatment, neurological severity scores in 14 d had statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). There were no severe adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion Subcutaneous injection of minor molecular heparinum natricum combined with ozagrel sodium can provide better effect and higher safety than single ozagrel sodium injection in treating acute cerebral thrombosis. This method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
