向家坝水电站地质条件异常复杂,坝基处理施工难度极大。为不影响工程总体进度,根据现场情况及有关研究成果,对碾压混凝土高升层快速施工技术,即冷却水管铺设定位与集中上引技术、个性化通水技术、垂直冷却水管通水技术、层间间歇技术、机伴变态混凝土技术、人工砂石粉含量控制技术等,在实践中进行了有益地探索。这些技术的成功应用,为碾压混凝土筑坝技术的发展积累了宝贵实践经验,可为同类工程参考。

Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station is confronted with complicated geological conditions , so the dam foundation treat-ment construction is difficult .To avoid influence on construction schedule , by consideration of the practical conditions and the relative research achievement , we have carried out some beneficial explorations on the fast rise and quick construction of roller compacted concrete , including positioning and concentrated raise of cooling pipes , personalized water cooling , water cooling of vertical pipelines , inter-layer intermittent , abnormal concrete mixing by machine , content control of artificial sand and stone powder , etc..The successful applications of these innovative technologies have accumulated practical experiences for dam con -struction by roller compacted concrete .
