以天然染料银杏叶为原料,采用微波提取法进行染料原液的提取,并以提取后的原液作为染料原液对28 tex亚麻纱进行染色,采用pH、染色温度、媒染剂用量、渗透剂用量4个因素分析染色效果,以单因素分析结果作为基础,进行4因素3水平的正交试验,将正交试验后的染色纱样进行色牢度测定。研究结果表明,染色最佳工艺条件为:渗透剂用量1.5 mL,媒染剂用量5 mL,染色pH 7,染色温度80℃,亚麻纱染色后的色牢度达到3级以上。

이천연염료은행협위원료,채용미파제취법진행염료원액적제취,병이제취후적원액작위염료원액대28 tex아마사진행염색,채용pH、염색온도、매염제용량、삼투제용량4개인소분석염색효과,이단인소분석결과작위기출,진행4인소3수평적정교시험,장정교시험후적염색사양진행색뇌도측정。연구결과표명,염색최가공예조건위:삼투제용량1.5 mL,매염제용량5 mL,염색pH 7,염색온도80℃,아마사염색후적색뇌도체도3급이상。
The dye liquid was extracted from ginkgo leaves by microwave method to dye the 28 tex flax yarns. Dyeing effects were analyzed by 4 factors:pH values, dyeing temperatures, mordant and penetrating agent dosages. On the basis of single factor analysis result, the orthogonal experiments containing four factors and three levels were performed, and the color fastness of dyed yarn sample was tested. The results showed that the optimal process:penetrating agent dosage 1.5 mL, mordant 5 mL, pH 7 and dyeing at 80℃. The color fastness can reach level 3 after dyeing.
