目的:研究甘草渣中的总黄酮体外对羟自由基(·OH)的清除作用。方法将甘草渣中的总黄酮提取物制成不同浓度溶液,利用电子顺磁共振(EPR)技术检测甘草渣中总黄酮对体外产生羟基自由基(·OH)的清除率。结果甘草渣中的总黄酮在0.25~25 mg/mL 范围内对·OH 自由基清除率随浓度增加呈上升趋势,分别为50.53%、59.89%、65.64%、69.30%、80.06%。结论甘草渣中的总黄酮有明显的清除羟自由基的作用,EPR技术和试验结果可用于甘草渣中黄酮类物质有效活性成分的初步筛选。

목적:연구감초사중적총황동체외대간자유기(·OH)적청제작용。방법장감초사중적총황동제취물제성불동농도용액,이용전자순자공진(EPR)기술검측감초사중총황동대체외산생간기자유기(·OH)적청제솔。결과감초사중적총황동재0.25~25 mg/mL 범위내대·OH 자유기청제솔수농도증가정상승추세,분별위50.53%、59.89%、65.64%、69.30%、80.06%。결론감초사중적총황동유명현적청제간자유기적작용,EPR기술화시험결과가용우감초사중황동류물질유효활성성분적초보사선。
Objective To study the scavenging capacity on hydroxyl radical of the total flavonoids in licorice waste residue.Methods The total flavone extract from licorice residue was made into solutions of different concentrations and the removal rate of total flavonoids of licorice residue was determined by electron para-magnetic resonance (EPR)detection technology.Results When the residue of Glycyrrhiza total flavones was in the range of 0.25~25 mg/mL.the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate is on the rise with the increase of concentration,respectively 50.53%,59.89%,65.64%,69.30% and 80.06%.Conclusion Total fla-vonoids from licorice slag has obvious scavenging effect on hydroxyl free radical.EPR technology and the test results can be used in preliminary screening of active compositions of flavonoids in licorice slag material.
