目的:探讨钛基表面羟基磷灰石/纳米银(HA/Ag)复合涂层的组织相容性,为进一步临床研究和应用奠定基础。方法应用脉冲电泳方法,根据不同浓度的钙-磷-银电解液,在钛金属表面沉积3种复合涂层材料。按国家和 ISO 对生物材料相容性的检测标准,检测钛基表面 HA/Ag 复合涂层的生物相容性。以新西兰兔、昆明小鼠进行热原试验、皮肤刺激试验、急性毒性试验和溶血试验。结果静脉注射材料浸提液后,兔体温升高值<0.6℃。浸提液皮内注射法及划痕法观察72 h,兔局部皮肤无红肿、渗出、溃烂等刺激反应。腹腔注射浸提液后,小鼠未出现异常症状,体质量有增加趋势。3种材料溶血率均低于生物医用材料溶血国际标准(5%)。结论在钛基表面沉积制备的 HA/Ag 纳米复合材料,具有良好的组织相容性。
目的:探討鈦基錶麵羥基燐灰石/納米銀(HA/Ag)複閤塗層的組織相容性,為進一步臨床研究和應用奠定基礎。方法應用脈遲電泳方法,根據不同濃度的鈣-燐-銀電解液,在鈦金屬錶麵沉積3種複閤塗層材料。按國傢和 ISO 對生物材料相容性的檢測標準,檢測鈦基錶麵 HA/Ag 複閤塗層的生物相容性。以新西蘭兔、昆明小鼠進行熱原試驗、皮膚刺激試驗、急性毒性試驗和溶血試驗。結果靜脈註射材料浸提液後,兔體溫升高值<0.6℃。浸提液皮內註射法及劃痕法觀察72 h,兔跼部皮膚無紅腫、滲齣、潰爛等刺激反應。腹腔註射浸提液後,小鼠未齣現異常癥狀,體質量有增加趨勢。3種材料溶血率均低于生物醫用材料溶血國際標準(5%)。結論在鈦基錶麵沉積製備的 HA/Ag 納米複閤材料,具有良好的組織相容性。
목적:탐토태기표면간기린회석/납미은(HA/Ag)복합도층적조직상용성,위진일보림상연구화응용전정기출。방법응용맥충전영방법,근거불동농도적개-린-은전해액,재태금속표면침적3충복합도층재료。안국가화 ISO 대생물재료상용성적검측표준,검측태기표면 HA/Ag 복합도층적생물상용성。이신서란토、곤명소서진행열원시험、피부자격시험、급성독성시험화용혈시험。결과정맥주사재료침제액후,토체온승고치<0.6℃。침제액피내주사법급화흔법관찰72 h,토국부피부무홍종、삼출、궤란등자격반응。복강주사침제액후,소서미출현이상증상,체질량유증가추세。3충재료용혈솔균저우생물의용재료용혈국제표준(5%)。결론재태기표면침적제비적 HA/Ag 납미복합재료,구유량호적조직상용성。
Objective To evaluate the histocompatibility of nano silver (HA/Ag)composite coating on tita-nium surface so as to lay a foundation for further research and clinical application.Methods Pulsed-field Gel Electrophoresis (PFGE)was applied to produce three groups of depositions on the surface of titanium composite coating according to different concentrations of calcium-p-silver electrolyte.Histocompatibility of Nano silver composite coating on titanium surface was detected according to national and ISO testing standard.Heat source experiment,skin irritation test,acute toxicity test and hemolysis test were carried out in New Zealand rabbits and Kunming mice.Results After intravenous injection of material extracts, rabbit body temperature value was less than 0.6℃.72 h observation after the skin injection and scarification showed no skin redness,oozing,ulceration and other stimuli in the rabbits.After intraperito-neal injection of the extracts,the mice did not appear abnormal symptoms and showed an increase in the weight.Material hemolysis rate of three groups were lower than biomedical materials hemolysis interna-tional standards (5%).Conclusion Hydroxyapatite/Nano-Silver (HA/Ag)composite has a good histo-compatibility.
