目的：探讨养阴活胃合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）患者的疗效。方法将100例 CAG 患者按照随机数字表法分为 A 组（治疗组）和 B 组（对照组），A 组50例使用中药配方养阴活胃合剂加味治疗，B 组50例给予中成药胃复春片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果A 组总有效率为90．0％，B 组总有效率为78．0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），治疗组中胃络血瘀证和胃阴不足证患者多见，两组患者症状积分治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论养阴活胃合剂治疗 CAG 患者临床疗效显著，值得在临床上推广使用。
목적：탐토양음활위합제치료만성위축성위염（CAG）환자적료효。방법장100례 CAG 환자안조수궤수자표법분위 A 조（치료조）화 B 조（대조조），A 조50례사용중약배방양음활위합제가미치료，B 조50례급여중성약위복춘편치료。비교량조환자림상료효。결과A 조총유효솔위90．0％，B 조총유효솔위78．0％，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05），치료조중위락혈어증화위음불족증환자다견，량조환자증상적분치료전후차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론양음활위합제치료 CAG 환자림상료효현저，치득재림상상추엄사용。
Objective The study is to investigate the clinical effect of Yangyinhuowei mixture in treating chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG).Methods 100 CAG patients were divided equally into group A (treatment group)and group B (control group)according to random number table method.Group A were treated by Chinese traditional medicine recipe Yangyinhuowei mixture,while 50 patients in B group were treated by other Chinese traditional medicine recipe.The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups of patients.Results In group A,the total effective rate was 90%,and total effective rate of group B was 78%.There was significant difference between two groups (P <0.05),stomach meridian blood sta-sis and the stomach yin deficiency syndrome was more common in treatment group.There was statistical significance in two groups before and after treatment (P < 0.05).Conclusion Yangyinhuowei mixture is very effective in treating CAG patients and is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
