目的探讨养阴活胃合剂对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)模型大鼠血清炎症因子含量的影响及其作用机制。方法将实验动物随机分为6组:空白对照组、模型组、阳性药物对照组及中药低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,每组16只。除空白对照组常规饲养、自由进食水之外,其余5组将2 g 水杨酸钠加入100 mL 的30%乙醇溶液中,给大鼠灌胃,每日1次,每次3 mL,配合隔日喂食不禁水法建立大鼠萎缩性胃炎模型,模型复制成功后中药治疗低、中、高剂量组分别喂饲养阴活胃合剂水煎剂0.74 g·kg-1·d-1、1.48 g·kg-1·d-1和2.22 g·kg-1·d-1。12 w 后测定血清中 IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-β及 NOS2含量。结果养阴活胃合剂能够改善大鼠胃黏膜病理状态,使病变胃黏膜趋于正常。与空白对照组比较,各组 IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-β及 NOS2均明显升高(P <0.05),证明模型复制成功。与模型组相比,中药高剂量组 TNF-α、IL-6、NOS2均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),中药中剂量组 IFN-β降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论养阴活胃合剂可降低慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠血清中炎症因子水平,而抑制炎症反应可能有助于慢性萎缩性胃炎病情的改善。

목적탐토양음활위합제대만성위축성위염(CAG)모형대서혈청염증인자함량적영향급기작용궤제。방법장실험동물수궤분위6조:공백대조조、모형조、양성약물대조조급중약저제량조、중제량조、고제량조,매조16지。제공백대조조상규사양、자유진식수지외,기여5조장2 g 수양산납가입100 mL 적30%을순용액중,급대서관위,매일1차,매차3 mL,배합격일위식불금수법건립대서위축성위염모형,모형복제성공후중약치료저、중、고제량조분별위사양음활위합제수전제0.74 g·kg-1·d-1、1.48 g·kg-1·d-1화2.22 g·kg-1·d-1。12 w 후측정혈청중 IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-β급 NOS2함량。결과양음활위합제능구개선대서위점막병리상태,사병변위점막추우정상。여공백대조조비교,각조 IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-β급 NOS2균명현승고(P <0.05),증명모형복제성공。여모형조상비,중약고제량조 TNF-α、IL-6、NOS2균명현강저,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05),중약중제량조 IFN-β강저,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론양음활위합제가강저만성위축성위염대서혈청중염증인자수평,이억제염증반응가능유조우만성위축성위염병정적개선。
Objective The study is to investigate the effect of Yangyinhuowei mixture on the content of ser-um inflammatory factors in rat with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG)and its treating mechanism.Methods The experimental animals were randomly divided into 6 groups:blank control group,model group,pos-itive drug group,low dose of Chinese medicine group,middle dose group and high dose group,16 rats in each group.Except that blank control group was conventionally fed in normal way and with free access to food and water,the rats in other groups were fed by 30% ethanol solution and 2 g sodium salicylate adding 100 mL,1 time a day,each time 3 mL,thus establishing chronic atrophic gastritis rat models.The rats in these models were then given the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine Yangyinhuowei mixture decoc-tion with the dosage of 0.74 g·kg-1 ·d-1 ,1.48 g·kg-1 ·d-1 and 2.22 g·kg-1 ·d-1 .The serum levels of IL-6, TNF-alpha, IFN-beta and NOS2 levels were determined within 12 weeks.Results Yangyinhuowei mixture decoction can improve the pathological state of rat gastric mucosa,helping it re-cover to normal.Compared with the blank control group,IL-6,TNF-alpha,IFN-beta and NOS2 in other groups were significantly increased (P <0.05).It proved that the model could be replicated successfully. Compared with the model group,TNF-alpha,IL-6,NOS2 in high dose of Chinese medicine group de-creased,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).IFN-beta decreased in Chinese medicine dose group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Yangyinhuowei mixture decoction can reduce the levels of inflammatory cytokines in serum in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis,and inhibition of inflammation may contribute to the recovery of chronic atrophic gastritis.
