Seeds of Peganum harmala%fatty oil%sxhlet extraction%utrasonic-microwave snergistic etraction
目的:优选出骆驼蓬籽脂肪油的提取工艺。方法采用均匀设计法,以出油率为指标,分别优化索氏提取法和超声-微波协同萃取法提取骆驼蓬籽脂肪油的工艺参数,并对2种方法的优选工艺进行横向比较,确定合适的提取方法与工艺参数。结果索氏提取工艺优选出的参数:以石油醚为提取溶剂,溶剂倍数为20倍,于80℃的水浴11 h,出油率为(30.10±0.36)%;超声-微波协同萃取法优选出的参数:萃取溶剂为正己烷,溶剂倍数为18倍,萃取温度为65℃,萃取时间为20 min,出油率为(12.80±0.26)%。横向比较结果表明索氏提取法比较适合骆驼蓬籽脂肪油的提取。结论优选出的索氏提取工艺稳定、合理、可行,可用于试验室提取骆驼蓬籽脂肪油。
目的:優選齣駱駝蓬籽脂肪油的提取工藝。方法採用均勻設計法,以齣油率為指標,分彆優化索氏提取法和超聲-微波協同萃取法提取駱駝蓬籽脂肪油的工藝參數,併對2種方法的優選工藝進行橫嚮比較,確定閤適的提取方法與工藝參數。結果索氏提取工藝優選齣的參數:以石油醚為提取溶劑,溶劑倍數為20倍,于80℃的水浴11 h,齣油率為(30.10±0.36)%;超聲-微波協同萃取法優選齣的參數:萃取溶劑為正己烷,溶劑倍數為18倍,萃取溫度為65℃,萃取時間為20 min,齣油率為(12.80±0.26)%。橫嚮比較結果錶明索氏提取法比較適閤駱駝蓬籽脂肪油的提取。結論優選齣的索氏提取工藝穩定、閤理、可行,可用于試驗室提取駱駝蓬籽脂肪油。
목적:우선출락타봉자지방유적제취공예。방법채용균균설계법,이출유솔위지표,분별우화색씨제취법화초성-미파협동췌취법제취락타봉자지방유적공예삼수,병대2충방법적우선공예진행횡향비교,학정합괄적제취방법여공예삼수。결과색씨제취공예우선출적삼수:이석유미위제취용제,용제배수위20배,우80℃적수욕11 h,출유솔위(30.10±0.36)%;초성-미파협동췌취법우선출적삼수:췌취용제위정기완,용제배수위18배,췌취온도위65℃,췌취시간위20 min,출유솔위(12.80±0.26)%。횡향비교결과표명색씨제취법비교괄합락타봉자지방유적제취。결론우선출적색씨제취공예은정、합리、가행,가용우시험실제취락타봉자지방유。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of fatty oil in the seeds of Peganum harmala. Methods The uniform design was used to optimize the process of Soxhlet extraction and ultrasonic-micro-wave synergistic extraction separately.The appropriate extraction method was selected by comparing the optimized process.Results The optimized Soxhlet extraction process was as follow:petroleum ether as the extraction solvent at a multiple of 20 times,extracted for 11 hours at 80℃ in water bath.The extracted ratio of fatty oil was 30.1% by Soxhlet extraction.The optimized ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extrac-tion process was as follow:hexane as the extraction solvent at a multiple of 18 times,extracted for 20 mi-nutes at 65℃.The extracted ratio of fatty oil was 12.8% by ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction. By comparison,Soxhlet extraction of fatty oil in the seeds of Peganum harmala proved better.Conclusion The optimized Soxhlet extraction process is stable,reasonable and feasible and it can be used to extract fatty oils in Peganum harmala seed in laboratory.
