目的：探讨食管黏膜下肿物（SMT）行无痛内镜黏膜下剥离术（ESD）的术前、术中及术后的护理干预效果。方法选择107例食管 SMT 患者，对其无痛 ESD 的术前、术中及术后进行护理干预，观察手术效果。结果经过术前、术中及术后护理，无痛 ESD 治疗食管 SMT 的完整切除率为97．20％（104／107），穿孔发生率为2．80％（3／107），3例穿孔均经保守治疗后痊愈。结论无痛 ESD 治疗食管 SMT 患者时实施术前、术中及术后护理配合，可达到微创、恢复快、病灶完整切除率高及并发症少的效果。
목적：탐토식관점막하종물（SMT）행무통내경점막하박리술（ESD）적술전、술중급술후적호리간예효과。방법선택107례식관 SMT 환자，대기무통 ESD 적술전、술중급술후진행호리간예，관찰수술효과。결과경과술전、술중급술후호리，무통 ESD 치료식관 SMT 적완정절제솔위97．20％（104／107），천공발생솔위2．80％（3／107），3례천공균경보수치료후전유。결론무통 ESD 치료식관 SMT 환자시실시술전、술중급술후호리배합，가체도미창、회복쾌、병조완정절제솔고급병발증소적효과。
Objective To observe the effects of nursing intervention on preoperation,intraoperation and postoperation of esophageal submucosal tumor (SMT) by painless endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD).Methods 107 cases with esophageal SMT were treated by painless ESD and the nursing interven-tion effects of the preoperation,intraoperation and postoperation were observed and evaluated.Results Through the pre-operative,intraoperative and post-operative nursing intervention in the treatment of SMT by painless endoscopic submucosal dissection,the complete resection rate was 97.20%(104/107)and the rate of perforation was 2.80%(3/107).3 cases of perforation were cured via conservative treatment.Con-clusion The effects of minimal invasion,rapid recovery,high complete resection rate and few complica-tions were observed in the treatment of esophageal submucosal tumor by ESD with proper pre-operative, intraoperative and post-operative nursing intervention.
