基于以工作过程为导向,以职业能力培养为主线,构建“教学做合一”人才培养模式,将企业的工作内容融入课程教学中,把教学内容按工作过程展开,构建具有自身特色的课程体系,在高职院校技术技能型人才培养中显示出诸多优势。基于工作过程的人才培养模式体现了能力培养为主线、校企合作为平台、教学做合一为特色的教育理念。

Talent training mode was constructed on integration of tea-ching, learning and doing, which was based on the work process as guide and occupation ability training as the main line. The specialty course system had formed its own characteristics by enterprise work contented into curriculum teaching. Ability training as the main line, school enterprise cooperation as a platform, teaching learning integration show many advantages in application oriented in many vocational colleges.
