The paper is aimed at discussing how to reform for excellent engineer training oriented organization form of teaching and teaching approach. Building teaching system is proposed to be built up from three aspects with the aiding of Theory Curriculum System, Experiment Segment System and Technology Innovation System. Learning and certification should be combined with utilization of resources in practical training bases of university and related enterprises. Inspection method should be reformed, and capability of examinees should be evaluated comprehensively.
