目的：提高门诊护生实习效果。方法：对全年门诊科室100名大专护生在门诊实习一个月内全部发放培训计划手册，执行一对一带教，实习年度结束后统计数据对比。结果：通过2012年和2013年数据比较，护生实习效果明显提高。结论：门诊护生发放培训计划手册，执行一对一带教，在短期实习时间内获得了非常好的学习效果。

목적：제고문진호생실습효과。방법：대전년문진과실100명대전호생재문진실습일개월내전부발방배훈계화수책，집행일대일대교，실습년도결속후통계수거대비。결과：통과2012년화2013년수거비교，호생실습효과명현제고。결론：문진호생발방배훈계화수책，집행일대일대교，재단기실습시간내획득료비상호적학습효과。
objective:to improve the effect of clinic practice of nursing students.Methods:the outpatient department for the whole year 100 college nursing students in clinic practice handbook,all paid within one month of training program to perform a teaching,internship after the annual statistical data contrast.Re-sults:through comparing data in 2012 and 2012,the nursing students internship effect is improved obviously.Conclusion:the outpatient service nursing students training plan manual,perform a pair of teaching,in a short -term internship time obtained the very good learning effect.
